
Stellar Kim Tucker is the Founder & CEO of Skyridge Ventures and a seasoned financial services executive and investor with over 30 years of global experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, and financial operations. She is recognized for expertise in growth strategies, capital markets, and cross-border M&A, advising CEOs, boards, and investors on value creation, governance, and transformative transactions.
Before founding Skyridge Ventures, Stellar led Technology Corporate & Investment Banking at Truist Securities, overseeing a $13B credit portfolio and national coverage across enterprise software, IT services, fintech, and tech-enabled services. She spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Business Services, and held senior roles at UBS Securities, a boutique M&A advisory, and HCL Technologies, where she was EVP and Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives. Earlier, she served as CFO of TCM LLC, a hedge fund seeded by Julian Robertson.
Stellar holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Committee for Economic Development and the Board of Visitors at Northwestern University.
